Early this morning, on March 26th at 3:30 am, an alarm alerted authorities to an incident at Rod's, located at 1717 West Crawford Street. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a storage door was unlocked. Employees confirmed the theft of 19 bottles of alcohol, amounting to approximately $500 in value.
There were no signs of forced entry, suggesting that the perpetrators either gained access through an unlocked door or found an alternative entry point without causing damage. At present, there are no suspects identified, and surveillance footage is not yet available.
The incident remains under investigation as authorities work to gather more information regarding the theft.
