Elderly Man Arrested After Altercation with Partner

Police responded to a domestic disturbance call on April 26th at 12:45 am at the 800 block of Cherokee. A 60-year-old female reported that Ralph Polly, a 75-year-old male, had struck and choked her, causing minor injuries including marks on her neck. Polly was taken into custody on requested charges of domestic battery and aggravated battery. Both individuals resided together at the residence.
