On Friday, November 10, officers responded to the report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of Gypsum. The victim, a 79-year-old female who was out of town at the time, was having a friend watch her property. Upon the friend's discovery that the red 2004 GMC Envoy, bearing Kansas license plate 999 CTR, was missing, contact was made with the victim.
The stolen vehicle, valued at $4,100, was taken sometime between the hours of 12:07 am on November 9 and 4:25 pm on November 10.
