The Tamara Howe School of Dance and Ballet Salina are very excited to announce that they will host a joint concert to benefit the Love Chloe Foundation on Saturday May 13 at 12:30 pm.
Ballet Salina is premiering the piece: Portraits from the Gallery: Degas in Motion. The second portion of the concert is a Helping Hands showcase benefiting the Love Chloe Foundation. The Rhythm Company members from the Tamara Howe School of Dance will be presenting all their competition pieces from their season. The Love, Chloe mission is to provide hope for families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis with immediate financial and family support while contributing to funding of childhood cancer research and raising awareness.
The mission of the Tamara Howe School of Dance has always been to assist students in using their gifts and talents to give back to their community. They are excited to support such an important foundation in our community. The students have been working to raise funds for the foundation outside of this concert as well.
Ballet Salina is the creation of Tamara Howe, owner and director of the Tamara Howe School of Dance.
Tamara Howe serves as the executive director of Ballet Salina. Mara Klenda serves as the artistic director of Ballet Salina. The Tamara Howe School of Dance has been serving the Salina community for 16 years. The studio offer classes for all ages in stages in a family friendly environment.

Founded by Tamara Howe in 2007 Tamara Howe School of Dance offers a complete dance instruction program in Salina. With classes geared for all ages and family members, THSD provides ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe and hip hop instruction to more than 200 students. The studio is based in Salina, KS.
