Second Half Property Taxes Due

Second Half Property Taxes Due

Saline County Treasurer Jim DuBois has issued a timely reminder that second-half taxes for both real estate and personal property are due by May 10th, 2023. The tax statements for the year 2022 were dispatched in November last year, and taxpayers are requested to include the remittance stub from the bottom of the statement along with their payment. In case you require a paid receipt, kindly indicate the same on the stub.

If you cannot locate your tax statement, you may call the Treasurer's Office at (785) 309-5860 to obtain the tax ID number and the amount due. Upon request, a copy of the statement can be sent via email or mail. Those who have not paid their first-half tax for 2022 will be required to pay interest. It's advised that such taxpayers to contact the Treasurer's Office for the correct amount before making the payment. Please note, there will be no second-half notice.
