Salina Woman Arrested After Altercation in West Salina

A Salina woman was arrested on September 14 after an altercation in west Salina.

Officers were sent to the 1200 block of W Crawford at 9:42 pm, for the report of an altercation. A woman identified as 41-year-old Tessa Weidow was reportedly trying to fight 2 other ladies. Officers spoke to the 22-year-old and 20-year-old victims, both from Salina. The victims knew Tessa, and said that there had been an altercation.

At one point, Weidow allegedly threw a bottle of water on a victim. Both females tried to walk away. Weidow then threw the empty bottle of water at them, made threats, and threw a landscaping rock in the direction of one of the victims. It did not hit the victim. Weidow then left the area.

Officers made contact with Weidow down the street. She was arrested on the following requested charges:

  • Aggrevated assault
  • Battery
  • Disorderly conduct
