On Saturday, October 14, at 11:54 am, officers responded to Dillons, 1201 W Crawford, for the report of 42-year-old Alberto Garcia attempting to punch employees and customers.
Officers arrested Garcia, but he allegedly resisted and had to be placed in a body wrap. Garcia also threatened to kill one of the officers. He was arrested on the following requested charges:
- Criminal Threat
- Disorderly Conduct
- Interference with Law Enforcement Officer
