Salina Man Arrested After Found Intoxicated in Street

On Sunday, October 15 at 1:40 am, a caller reported a male, believed to be intoxicated, stumbling in a parking lot in the 200 block of S 8th. Officers made contact with the subject, identified as 28-year-old Nathaniel Sigloch of Salina, who was walking in the roadway. Sigloch was believed to be intoxicated, and arrested on the requested charge of Intoxicated Pedestrian in a Roadway. He was then transported to SRHC due to his apparent level of intoxication.

While there, Sigloch allegedly resisted officers and punched an officer in the head. Sigloch had to be placed in a body wrap. During the struggle, an officer's watch and body worn camera were damaged, valued at over $700. Additional requested charges for Sigloch include Battery on Law Enforcement Officer, Interference with Law Enforcement Officer, and Damage to Property.
