Upon arriving at the scene, the Deputy discovered a 1993 Ford F150 in the ditch with two occupants inside. The driver was identified as Hunter Boyer, a 20-year-old from Salina.

An investigation revealed that Boyer was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested.
