In the early hours of Tuesday, June 20, at approximately 2:22 am, an officer on patrol in Sunset Park happened upon a vehicle that was allegedly violating curfew hours. Upon closer inspection, the officer allegedly witnessed two individuals engaging in sexual intercourse inside a silver 2008 Honda Civic. The individuals were allegedly identified as 18-year-old Emmanuel Gamble from Salina and a 15-year-old female.
Considering the underage status of the female, Emmanuel Gamble was arrested on requested charges of unlawful voluntary sexual relations and lewd and lascivious.
