In a recent incident reported at 5:24 pm on Sunday, June 25, an individual arrived at Ellsworth County Hospital claiming to be a victim of a motorcycle accident. However, upon investigation by a KHP Trooper, doubts were raised regarding the veracity of the victim's account, as his motorcycle displayed no signs of damage.

The injured man eventually confessed that he had been present in Salina earlier that evening. He had visited Chuck's Bar located at 600 N Santa Fe, where he encountered another individual. A scuffle ensued between them, and the victim was struck by the suspect while inside the bar.

Following the altercation, the victim departed on his motorcycle and made his way to Thomas Park, 1525 N 9th. The suspect pursued him, where an altercation took place. Not only did the suspect engage in physical assault, but two other individuals joined in the battery against the victim.

The attackers also made off with several valuable possessions, including a Glock 20 handgun and magazines, a fixed blade knife, a motorcycle helmet, and a cell phone, all belonging to the victim.
