Theft and Vandalism Reported at Construction Site on Tim Rogers Lane

Between the late hours of April 19, 2024, and the early morning of April 20, 2024, an unidentified individual unlawfully entered a duplex under construction located in the 2700 block of Tim Rogers Lane. The perpetrator made off with an air compressor, a miter saw, and a framing gun, totaling an estimated loss of $860. Additionally, damage amounting to $500 was inflicted when the suspect forcibly opened a door on the other half of the duplex.
