League play will tentatively be held at the Salina Fieldhouse (Competitive & Recreational). Please fill out the registration form and return it, along with your entry fee, to the Salina Fieldhouse front desk or by mail: 140 N. 5th Street, Salina, KS. 67401 by , 6:00 pm.
A maximum of 16 teams per league will be registered. So don’t wait! Leagues fill up fast! No registrations will be taken over the phone.
