On Sunday, June 9th, at 3:30 pm, a 23-year-old woman was walking in Sunset Park near the playground when a white Ford Explorer with black rims drove by. An unknown black male leaned out of the rear passenger window and shot a pellet or BB gun at the woman, leaving a small red mark on her shoulder. The incident is under investigation.
