Winter Storm to Hit Central KS with Potential Ice Accumulation

A winter storm will bring potential for accumulating ice especially from Newton to Emporia to Paola where greater than a quarter of an inch is possible. The greatest accumulation is expected late Saturday into Sunday morning.
