Weekend Showers and Storms Expected in Salina and Southern Kansas

Widespread showers and a few storms will overspread the area tonight and continue through Saturday. Much of the area is expected to see at least an inch of rain with the best chances in southern Kansas. Locally heavy rainfall may lead to some ponding of water in low-lying areas.
