A 30-year-old male sustained a potential hand injury but declined medical treatment.
On the afternoon of Saturday, November 25, at 12:47 pm, deputies responded to an accident at mile post 260 on I-70. A 2019 white BMW, driven by a 50-year-old woman heading eastbound, veered out of control and spun out, colliding with a guardrail and median near the Niles Rd overpass. Despite potential injuries, the driver declined medical treatment.
