In the early hours of Sunday, December 3 at 3:08 am, officers made contact with a 24-year-old male complainant who detailed an alarming incident. According to the victim, while he was present at a residence in the 1200 block of N 7th, three known male individuals confronted him, insisting on the surrender of the contents of his pockets. When the victim resisted, the individuals battered him, resulting in a broken nose. Subsequently, the victim left the premises and promptly notified SPD.
