In the early hours of Saturday, July 29, a single vehicle accident occurred on the 900 block of Faith, involving a blue 2020 Subaru WRX that had struck a tree. The incident took place at 12:24 am when the driver, a 21-year-old man from Salina, was allegedly heading northbound on Faith at a high speed and failed to navigate the curve, resulting in the crash.
Officers arrived to find the driver with serious leg injuries. The individual was transported to SRHC by EMS.
