Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Crescent on Saturday, February 24, at 7:30 pm, following reports of a potential domestic disturbance. A male allegedly took the keys to a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from a female's neck before driving off in the vehicle. Thanks to the FLOCK system, officers successfully located the believed stolen vehicle and apprehended the suspect, identified as 40-year-old Jerome Citizen of Salina. He was taken into custody at Casey's, 2400 S 9th, on Sunday, February 25, at 1:45 pm.
Citizen faces requested charges of robbery and felony theft. The female involved in the incident, along with her infant daughter, were unharmed.
