Beginning Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Boretec, LLC will be working in Martin Ave. between Beatrice Ave. and S. Ohio Street. Pavement will be removed to replace a water main valve. Access onto Martin Ave. from Ohio Street will be prohibited. Martin Ave. will be closed to thru traffic east of Beatrice Ave. Residents will be provided access from Beatrice Ave. Work is expected to last four days and be completed by July 26, 2025, weather permitting.
Appropriate barriers will be in place to ensure the safety of workers. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are encouraged to avoid work zones when possible.
