The Saxton Group, a leading owner and operator of McAlister’s Deli® restaurants, will open its newest McAlister’s Deli® in Salina, Kansas later this fall. Known for its genuine hospitality, McAlister’s is home to handcrafted sandwiches, always-fresh salads, giant stuffed spuds and its Famous Sweet Tea™.
The restaurant will be located at 2661 Market Place in Salina. The restaurant is 3,118 square feet and includes indoor seating for up to 82 guests. The Salina location will feature a pick-up window, allowing guests to drive-thru and retrieve their pre-placed online and app orders.

The restaurant will be operated by Dallas-based restaurant franchisee The Saxton Group and will represent the franchisee’s 84th McAlister’s Deli restaurant. The Saxton Group plans to hire between 75 and 100 employees at the Salina restaurant.
The new Salina restaurant will provide guests with a fast-casual dining experience, a friendly atmosphere and personalized service. The restaurant will offer a menu featuring over 100 items including: sandwiches, spuds, salads, soups, desserts and its signature McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea™. In addition to serving dine-in guests, McAlister’s Deli in Salina will provide online ordering for takeout and delivery, tableside ordering, a robust rewards program, as well as catering for guests on the go.
