On August 31st at 3:30 p.m., a third party reported a home burglary that occurred earlier that morning at around 5 a.m. Officers responded to the 1900 block of Hageman, where they made contact with a 39-year-old female who reported the incident.
The female stated that she had a friend, Andrew Guebara, 45, of Salina, at her residence when a slight argument occurred. Guebara left the house, and the female shut the door behind him. A few minutes later, Guebara allegedly kicked in the door, causing $100 in damage, entered the home, and took her iPhone, valued at $1,000, from a cabinet or counter before leaving the residence. Following the report, officers began searching for Guebara.
