Motorcycle Accident Under Investigation for DUI

On August 17, 2024, at approximately 12:45 pm, a motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of Hedville and Satanta Roads. The incident involved a black 2001 Triumph motorcycle driven by 58-year-old Roger Haselhorst. While making a turn from westbound onto southbound Hedville Road, the motorcycle lost control and crashed as it transitioned from gravel to blacktop.

Haselhorst, who was wearing a helmet, sustained a cut on his arm and was transported by EMS for treatment. Authorities are investigating the incident as a possible DUI. The investigation is ongoing.
