Two-Vehicle Collision on Rural Waterwell and Hedville Roads

On July 1 at 2:03 pm, the Saline County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Waterwell and Hedville Roads. Sarah Mills, 44, was driving eastbound in a 2018 Chevy Impala when she collided with a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Alex Bacon, 36, who was driving westbound. The vehicles sideswiped each other at the crest of a hill. Mills was transported to Salina Regional Health Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
