On June 10th, police responded to a burglary at 1:30 pm in the 1100 block of State Street. The 41-year-old female victim, in the process of moving out, had left the residence on June 9th and returned on the 10th to find several items missing.
The side door had been forcibly entered, and the stolen items included a toaster, sewing supplies, storage containers, hand tools, a printer/scanner, a shelving unit, a pot, cameras, and a violin, totaling a $560 loss. The burglary is believed to have occurred between midnight and 4:00 am on June 10th. Police have known suspects and are currently investigating.
