Starting Friday, August 23, the Salina Municipal Solid Waste Landfill will begin construction activities that will affect the mainline asphalt road west of the landfill scale house. The construction is expected to last approximately two months.
To ensure the safety of all customers, construction workers, and equipment, several temporary traffic measures will be put in place. These include signage, flagmen, and additional traffic signals along the affected route. Visitors are urged to follow all traffic rules and remain cautious in construction areas.
