Salina, KS — A time-lapse video from earlier this October captures a full day of progress in the ongoing effort to remove a large logjam along the Smoky Hill River. The project, led by city crews, began after heavy rains earlier this year caused significant debris buildup and restricted river flow near Bill Burke Park.
