A contractor reported the theft of approximately $2,585 worth of professional tools from a residence under construction in the 2900 block of Malibu within the Stone Lake Development on November 19, 2024.
The victim, a 46-year-old male, discovered the missing items sometime between 4 PM on November 18 and 9 AM on November 19. According to the police report, no signs of forced entry were observed.
Stolen items included a Milwaukee tool box, Milwaukee drywall gun, drywall cut tool, nail gun, sawzall, Metabo grinder, Bosch laser measurer, Zircon stud finder, and a Dewalt tool bag containing a jig saw, circular saw, router, and batteries.
Local law enforcement is investigating the incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the local police department.
