State of the Arts Report Scheduled for October 13

SALINA, Kan. — Salina Arts & Humanities will present its annual State of the Arts report to the Salina City Commission on Monday, October 13.

The presentation is scheduled during the commission’s study session from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m. at the City-County Building. Commissioners and the public will receive updates on current programs, upcoming events, and long-term cultural initiatives.

The report is expected to highlight work related to the Smoky Hill River Festival, local arts education, public art projects, and community partnerships. Staff said the session provides an opportunity to review accomplishments and outline priorities for the coming year.
