Friday was a day for throwing confetti and high-fives as the SPD celebrated seven amazing individuals getting promoted to Captain or Lieutenant. Congratulations to the new Captains: Miller, Feldman, Larson, and Villanueva, and the new Lieutenants: Tonniges, Hogeland, and Brown. Together, they bring 164 years of law enforcement know-how to the table.
