Officers are looking for a vehicle involved in a possible hit and run that occurred on Monday, May 1.
Captain Forrester says that the alleged hit and run occurred at 10:40 pm, at Ohio and Cloud in east Salina. A 1988 Chevy 1500 Pickup was northbound on Ohio, being driven by a 52-year-old Salina man. The Chevy was reportedly struck by a vehicle driven southbound on Ohio, that then left the scene.
The Chevy had damage to its entire driver's side. The vehicle that left was described as a compact Honda. Evidence left at the scene confirms that it was possibly a black Honda, that might have damage to its entire drivers side.
