Congratulations to the South High Thespian Troupe for the several honors they received at the 2024 Kansas State Thespian Festival.
Emily Streeter, a senior, served as a State Board member this year, helping to organize and run the festival. Mia White, a junior, was selected to be a State Thespian Officer for 2024-2025. Several students also received Superior ratings, qualifying them for the International Thespian Festival in June. As a troupe, they earned the Gold Honor Troupe Award for their community service activities, fundraisers, productions, and more.
The Kansas State Thespian Festival is an excellent opportunity for our SPS thespians to attend workshops, connect with students across the state, and explore their shared interest in theatre.
