Showers and Thunderstorms Expected in Southeast Kansas, Local Gusty Winds and Heavy Rain Possible

A few clusters of showers and thunderstorms will move slowly southeast across parts of southeast Kansas this morning. Some of the strongest activity could produce gusty winds and locally heavy rain.
