At 12:30 am on Thursday, October 12, Deputies were sent to Shady Lady, 1540 W Old 40, for shots fired. On arrival, staff were unaware that shots were fired. Deputies searched the parking lot right outside the door, and found a couple 9mm casings, but no damage.
Deputies attempted to find the RP, who had already left after picking a friend up. He reported that he had seen 2 Hispanic males arguing by the door, and one pulled a pistol out and fired 2 rounds into the air. He got into a late model white Chevy Cruise, and left West on Old 40 when 2 more shots were fired from the vehicle.
