At 2:42 pm, a severe thunderstorm was located near New Cambria, or 7 miles east of Salina, moving east at 25 mph. 60 mph wind gusts are possible. This storm radar indicated. Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include Salina, Gypsum, New Cambria and Kipp. This includes Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 84 and 92, Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 253 and 266.

At 2:05 pm, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Ellsworth to 6 miles south of Raymond, moving east at 55 mph. 70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail are possible. This storm is radar indicated. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include Assaria. This includes Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 57 and 83.
