Serious Injuries in Weekend Motorcycle Accident

On Friday, September 29 at 5:59 pm, first responders were sent to the 1100 block of E Old 40 Highway. A male driver, age unknown, was operating a 2003 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, when he failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle struck the curb line and the rider was ejected. He was not wearing a helmet, and was transported to SRHC with serious, life threatening injuries including possible head trauma.
