SALINA, Kan. — The Salina Family YMCA has added new equipment to its wellness area, giving members more options for strength training and fitness.
The centerpiece of the upgrade is a new Precor multi-station system, which includes:
- Two lat pulldown machines
- Two assisted pull-up/dip stations
- Two cable row machines
- Four adjustable weighted pulley systems
- Racks with built-in pull-up bars and storage
YMCA staff said the additions are designed to support both beginners and experienced athletes by expanding the range of exercises available.
