Police responded to a domestic dispute that occurred on April 21st at a residence in the 200 block of North Kansas Avenue. Theresa Newell, a 66-year-old female, was involved in an altercation with a 23-year-old female resident. Newell allegedly took the younger woman's cell phone during the confrontation. No injuries were reported. Newell has requested charges of robbery and domestic battery.
