A Salina resident found herself embroiled in a distressing situation when attempting to purchase an accessible van through a company named R&R Mobility, based in Athens, GA. The individual made numerous payments totaling $13,232 through various accounts and wire transfers. Unfortunately, despite the payments, the resident never received the van.
