The amendment allows authorities to tow vehicles found in violation of temporary no parking signs to an impound lot without notifying the owner. The temporary no parking signs, intended to accommodate events like the Farm and Art Market, prohibit parking from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays from May through October.
