On Sunday, August 27, 56-year-old Delwin Wohlgemuth was arrested on the requested charges of 30 counts Aggravated Indecent Solicitation of a Child Less than 14 years old, and 30 counts of Rape where the Victim is Less than 14 years old.
The alleged incidents took place, after a family member of the victim contacted police. Officers made contact with Wohlgemuth and took him into custody. The alleged incidents are reported to have occurred over the last couple months. The investigation is ongoing.
