Saturday, November 4, 2023, over 3,600 individuals had registered to participate in the Salina Crossroads Marathon. Registered runners were from all fifty states, Canada, Mexico, Botswana, and Columbia (South America). Several participants were local runners, from Salina and various locations from around the state.
The event included a full marathon, a half-marathon, team relays and 5K races. Children were also given the opportunity to win a medal for their participation in a shorter distance race.
The runners and walkers were able to enjoy a morning with light winds and temperatures in the mid 50s. Beautiful day to showoff our city.
