Salina Central’s men’s basketball team earned a statement win on Friday night, knocking off Valley Center 63–54. The victory came against a Valley Center squad that entered the game with a strong 5–1 record, while the Mustangs were 3–4. Central will look to build on this momentum as they continue their schedule, traveling next to Andover on Tues, Jan 6th.
