On Friday, June 23 at 10:10 pm, officers were sent to the 200 block of S Deleware for a possible robbery case. A 27-year-old female victim reported that she was in a vehicle with her husband, with whom she had several no contact orders in place that prevented him from being in contact with her.
While in the vehicle, the two allegedly got into an argument. Over the course of the argument the husband allegedly took the victim's cell phone and threw it out the window. The victim reportedly screamed for the husband to let her out of the vehicle, which he allegedly refused to do.
Eventually, the vehicle was in the 200 block of Deleware, where the victim was able to escape. Witnesses reported hearing the victim yelling "help me" as the vehicle was driving down the street.
The subject was identified as 34-year-old Kenneth Most, of Salina. He was arrested on the following requested charges:
- Robbery
- Kidnapping
- Violation of a protection order
In the vehicle with the victim was their 3-year-old son.
