SALINE COUNTY PUBLICATION OF DELINQUENT TAXES
2022 Delinquent Real Estate Tax List and Notice of Sale as of August 1, 2023. Listed below are the names of owners of real estate, the description, and address, if available, of each tract or parcel and the total amount of the unpaid taxes for 2022. If the tax and interest are not paid before the first Tuesday of September, being September 5, 2023, the tract or parcel of land will be sold to the County, no other bidders being allowed, for the amount of delinquent tax and legal charges as provided in KSA 79-2302; 79-2303. Some of the names listed below may have already paid, or may be awaiting results of a tax protest hearing. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove these names from publication due to statutory requirements. Although these procedures are required by law, the County Treasurer regrets any undue embarrassment this publication may cause those who have paid taxes after the publication deadline.
