Spicy food not involved
A fire at Bill Burke Sports Complex on Monday night has been deemed an arson.
According to the Salina Police Department, a witness reported a fire at around 10:30 PM Monday. When fire crews arrived they found two Poly Johns (porta potties/portable restrooms) on fire between baseball fields 7 & 8.
All jokes aside, both were a complete loss estimated to be $2,400.
(Taco Bell Fire Sauce has been ruled out as a possible cause).
