Police responded to a threat reported at Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) around 12:30 am on May 14th. Two security guards, aged 29 and 19, informed officers that a man had made threats as he was leaving the hospital.
The suspect, identified as 60-year-old Ricky Lee James Hall, allegedly threatened to harm the guards and mentioned a gun. Hall was arrested for two counts of criminal threat and trespassing. The incident reportedly stemmed from frustration with hospital registration procedures.
