The Salina community gathered at Jerry Ivey Park to remember fallen officers of law enforcement. It was a dreary day, but the morning rain gave way to a beautiful ceremony. Mayor Longbine spoke on how "we owe a debt of gratitude to those who gave their life to uphold justice." Law enforcement officers who have died protecting our community are:
