On Friday, September 8 at 2:02 pm, officers were sent to the intersection of Ohio and Albert for a vehicle accident. They arrived and spoke with the driver of a 2018 Chevy Silverado Pickup, owned by Total Turf Care. The driver reported that they were northbound on Ohio, in the left turn lane, when they were struck from behind by a 2005 black Dodge Neon. While on the scene of the vehicle accident, officers were also called to Casey's at 1100 E Iron. Green was arrested on the following requested charges:

  • No proof of insurance
  • DUI, 3rd offense
